I am currently studying my Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics, in addition to my Cert III in Fitness! I have a deep passion and belief that empowerment and mindfulness are the key ingredients to a holistic, vibrant lifestyle. My aim is to encourage and inspire you to take responsibility for your own wellness through a simple, and holistic approach to life.
Through this website, and experiences in my own life, I make it my mission to provide you with the tools to embrace this lifestyle change. Through this holistic approach my intention is to open your minds to the possibilities and the knowledge that will help optimise your health and well-being.
What is holistic wellness?
Put simply, holistic wellness takes into consideration a person as a whole. It does not focus on just one element, such as a persons diet, but instead considers a persons body, mind, spirit, and emotions. By doing this, holistic wellness strives to provide a person with optimal health and wellness.
Through adopting this simple mindset to your own wellness, you will achieve inside-out health. This means you will not just glow on the outside, but I will also assist you in creating a balanced mind, prevent disease, and increase longevity. I have the intention of showing you that through taking charge of your own wellness you will shine bright as a star on the outside.
Personally, I have gone through the merry-go-round in my own health journey and have reached the desire to show others the path to increasing the respect and gratitude for your own body, mind and soul. I believe that by embracing holistic wellness and naturally fuelling your body via good nutrition, you too can live a life full of energy, positivity and health.
I desire to provide knowledge through accurate and accessible information, to help guide you on how to make informed decisions, and to create a unique self-wellness plan that leaves you feeling happy, alive, stimulated and just damn amazing!
You will find articles with tips on enjoying an active lifestyle, guidance in undertaking healthy practices that nourish the body and mind, and recipes which follow my belief in feeding the body with highly unprocessed,nutrient-dense, and clean ingredients. All these recipes that I have created myself can also be customised to your taste buds, and I will provide tips and suggestions on how you can do this.

While I believe the best coaches and best advice comes from self experience and self study. I have a Diploma in Naturopathy which has been accredited and registered with the Centre of Excellence Online, International Alliance of of Holistic Therapists, and the International Association of of Neurolinguistic Programming and Coaching. To develop my knowledge further I will continue my path with becoming a qualified wellness coach and complete a diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. By doing this I know my clients can be self assured that your best interests are at heart, adapting this to the individual. In this essence, I believe that I can provide a service that is completely unique and that can appeal to a much wider audience!
