For some reason I have always found it hard to inc For some reason I have always found it hard to include my healthy fats into my meals. This is why I am making the conscious effort to focus now on having macronutrient balanced meals including my carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats. 
This is so important to allow our bodies to function properly and give it the energy it needs on a daily basis. From this meal I have included: 
Carbohydrates- cauliflower and brocolli in the soup with whole meal bread. Important as the primary source of energy for the body. 
Protein- hard tofu which I've added to the soup. Important as the building blocks for our muscles, brain cells, skin, hair and hormones. 
Healthy fats- avocado which I have spread onto my toast. Important for our hormones and absorption of far soluble vitamins.
